Self-Diagnosis and Customer Supplied Parts

We understand some clients like to do their own research about vehicle issues and common causes and even source their own parts at times. Although we don’t frown on self-education, our team takes great pride in applying our years of experience and expertise to make sure we are always providing diagnosis and repair at the highest level! We will not honor requests to perform repairs based on a customer’s diagnosis or even another repair facilities, even when the customer says we won’t be responsible if it doesn’t repair the concern. We do not believe in spending the customer’s money or our time needlessly. We also do not accept customer supplied parts for repairs, we have a selection of suppliers and dealerships that we work with that gives us the ability to provide quality repairs with known good parts that we can stand behind with a parts and labor warranty.
